1. Introduction

Welcome to FTW-Arms (the “Site”), a DBA of Print-a-22.com LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases of products such as suppressors, hardware kits, and firearm-related components.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 General Use

The Site provides information and products related to firearm accessories, suppressors, and related components. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or firearms advice.

2.2 User Eligibility

By using this Site or purchasing products, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
• Are of legal age to purchase and possess firearm-related items in your jurisdiction
• Are not prohibited from possessing firearms or firearm components under any applicable law
• Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Consent to receiving communications from us, including transactional and promotional emails

2.3 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, transfer, possession, and use of all products.

NFA-regulated items (including suppressors) require approval from the ATF prior to possession. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements.

2.4 No Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney regarding applicable laws.

2.5 Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Site and its content is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Product Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Products sold by FTW-Arms are inherently dangerous and must be handled responsibly.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge:

• Improper use may result in injury, death, or legal consequences
• Products must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and guidelines
• Exposure to certain materials (including lead) may pose health risks

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print-a-22.com LLC (DBA FTW-Arms) is not liable for any injury, death, or damage arising from use, misuse, or modification of any product.

5. NFA-Regulated Items (Suppressors)

Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and require ATF approval prior to transfer.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Transfer must occur through an FFL/SOT
• ATF Form 4 approval is required before possession
• Processing times are controlled solely by the ATF
• Required documentation is your responsibility

Orders for NFA items may not be canceled once transfer paperwork has been submitted.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

We ship only within the United States in compliance with applicable laws.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

7. Refunds and Returns

• Returns are accepted for unused, uninstalled items in original condition within 30 days, at our discretion
• A restocking fee may apply
• NFA items are non-returnable once transfer paperwork has begun
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Determination of item condition and eligibility is at our sole discretion

8. Warranty Policy

8.1 Limited Warranty

FTW-Arms warrants its suppressors against defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days* from ATF Form 4 approval, provided the suppressor is registered within ten (10) days of form 4 approval.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered owner.

8.2 Registration Requirement

Failure to register within ten (10) days voids all warranty coverage.

8.3 Coverage Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, erosion, gas cutting, or internal degradation
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Use outside published specifications or intended use
• Use with full automatic fire or forced reset triggers
• Improper installation, mounting, or alignment
• Ammunition-related failures, including overpressure or improper loads
• End cap strikes, baffle strikes, or other projectile-related impacts
• Unauthorized modifications, including but not limited to drilling, boring, recoring, internal coating or chemical treatment, structural alteration, or any modification to the bore or internal geometry

8.4 Warranty Claims Process

All warranty claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] and must include:

• Product serial number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and affected areas (required)
• Video documentation where applicable (strongly encouraged for baffle strikes, end cap strikes, or functional failures)

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from FTW-Arms.

8.5 Remedies

FTW-Arms reserves the sole and exclusive discretion to:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Deny the claim

All determinations are final.

8.6 Limitation of Warranty Liability

FTW-Arms is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Damage to host firearms or other equipment
• Personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from use or misuse

8.7 Safety and Continued Use

If a product exhibits any malfunction, damage, baffle strike, end cap strike, abnormal sound, or other irregular behavior, the user must immediately cease use.

Continued use of a potentially damaged or unsafe product voids all warranty coverage and may result in denial of any claim.

8.8 Unclaimed or Denied Products

If a warranty claim is denied, or if a customer fails to respond to communications regarding a submitted claim within thirty (30) days, FTW-Arms reserves the right to:

• Return the product at the customer’s expense, or
• Dispose of or abandon the product without further liability

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content is the property of Print-a-22.com LLC and protected by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party providers used for payments, shipping, or analytics.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print-a-22.com LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Except as expressly provided in Section 8, all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree:

• To contact FTW-Arms before initiating any chargeback or dispute
• To provide a reasonable opportunity for resolution

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

• Account suspension or permanent ban
• Refusal of future service
• Recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by law

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

• Arbitration shall take place in Florida
• Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded
• Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

Exception: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

15. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

17. Attorney’s Fees

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs where permitted by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
