How does the purchase work?
- Purchase your suppressor and select a transferring FFL/SOT dealer
- We submit a Form 3 to transfer the suppressor to your dealer
- Your dealer receives the suppressor and assists you with Form 4 paperwork
- You submit fingerprints, photo, and required documentation
- After ATF approval, you may take possession from your dealer
What happens after I order suppressor?

You’ll receive an order confirmation and we begin preparing your transfer. - Form 3 Submission (Dealer Transfer)
We submit an ATF Form 3 to transfer the suppressor to your selected dealer. - Shipment to Your Dealer
Once approved, we ship the suppressor to your dealer. - Form 4 Submission (Your Application)
Your dealer will contact you to complete ATF Form 4 paperwork, including fingerprints and photo. - ATF Approval Wait

Once approved, your dealer will notify you. You may then complete a standard 4473 and take possession.

Can I get expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available for non-NFA items at checkout.
NFA-regulated items follow standard transfer procedures and timelines.
How does shipping work for suppressors?
Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and must be shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer.
- We transfer the suppressor to your selected dealer using ATF Form 3
- Your dealer assists you with ATF Form 4 paperwork
- The suppressor can only be released to you after ATF approval
Can I cancel my suppressor order after purchase?
Orders may be canceled prior to Form 3 submission. Once submitted, the order is considered in process and may not be canceled.
Can I change my selected FFL dealer after ordering?
Changes may be possible before Form 3 submission. Once submitted, the transfer is locked to the selected dealer.
Do I need a license to own a suppressor?
No special license is required for individuals. You must:
- Be legally eligible to own firearms
- Complete ATF Form 4
What is a tax stamp?
A tax stamp is a federal tax associated with NFA items. Think of this as your written permission to own the item.
Do I have to pay the $200.00 tax stamp?
Tax requirements are set by federal law and may change. As of 2026, the tax for suppressors was lowered to $0, however the stamp must still be acquired before possession. Please confirm current requirements at the time of purchase or during your Form 4 submission.
Should I file as an Individual or Trust?
Individual

Do I need fingerprints and a photo?
Yes. All Form 4 submissions require fingerprints and a passport-style photo. Your dealer will typically assist with this process.
Can I take my suppressor home the same day I buy it?
No. You must wait for ATF approval before taking possession.
Can I travel with my suppressor?
Suppressors can generally be transported across state lines if they are legal in both locations. Always verify local laws before traveling.
