Description

Kaewon has done it again, this time giving the deluxe treatment to another legendary gun, the MP5. Backorder kits will ship early to mid January.

The files include variants for the MP5, MP5K, MP5SD, and include various stocks, braces, handguards, and a faux suppressor. The kit only includes the longer bolt for ambi safety, if you’re doing single sided you will need to cut that bolt to length.

It is possible to build an SBR with these files. It is up to you to ensure that your build has legal compliance in your location.

Options:

MP5 Vs MP5K: MP5K is shorter. Some parts like the full stock are not compatible with the K Variant. Both are available with or without a top rail.

Barrel: There are plain, Tri-Lug, and threaded options for both MP5 and MP5K. The SD is designed to use a liner to the end of the faux suppressor. Threads are printed on the barrel you choose. Liners are not threaded, just the correct length for that threaded option. Threaded barrels have options to print in 1/2-28 and 14mm threads

Stock/Brace: None assumes you are using a plain, QD, or railed back plate, and do not need any stock/brace parts in the kit. Retractable, UMP style and PDW style files are included in files with both stock and brace options

A standard AR-15 Lower parts kit (specifically FCG, Springs, and detent)

All of the printed plastic pieces (no printed plastic is included in this kit)
